Be very take charge, sexually. For some people it makes things more arousing to be very take charge. Other people get exited to be the one being ordered around. The terms are sometimes called dominate and submissive, or dom and sub.

You can ask them. Either flat out or in the heat of the moment. You can start prompting them to tell you their fantasies, tell them you'll do anything. That sort of stuff.
